Privacy Policy

Website, Android, and iOS
Effective date: August 13, 2026

This privacy policy describes how the intellidip website and apps (collectively, "the services", "we") handle information. The services are published by an individual developer ("the developer").

Summary

Information the developer collects

The developer does not maintain user accounts. Any data described in this policy is collected by the third-party services listed below, not directly by the developer. Information you enter or create in an app, your selections, and saved preferences (if any) are kept in local storage on your device and are not transmitted to the developer unless a specific feature states otherwise.

Where an app's notification or sync features require it, the app instead stores a small set of data on a database operated by the developer: a pseudonymous app-installation identifier generated for that installation, the preferences you've chosen within the app, and — if you enable notifications — a device push token and its delivery status. The identifier links those records to the installation solely to operate the feature you enabled; it is not a name or email account. This data is retained while the installation remains active. If the app provides a "delete my data" control in its settings, using it removes this record from the developer's database immediately; otherwise request deletion through the contact details below so the developer can route it to the service provider where applicable.

Website and app analytics; app crash reporting

The website uses Google Analytics. The apps may use Google Firebase Analytics and a crash-reporting service (such as Firebase Crashlytics or a comparable third-party crash-reporting provider, depending on the app) to understand usage and diagnose crashes. Depending on the service and app, this data may include:

Apps following this privacy standard do not attach information users enter or create, generated outputs, user-entered labels, or the names and contents of saved items to analytics events or crash reports. A locally generated saved-item identifier may be recorded when the item is opened, but its user-entered name and contents are not included.

This data is processed by Google under its own policies. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase and Privacy.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

If the app displays ads, it uses Google AdMob. In the course of serving ads, Google may collect and process data such as:

How much of this Google may use depends on your region, platform, app version, and choices. Where personalization is permitted, ads may be personalized. Where it is not — because you declined, because an app version requests only non-personalized ads, or because a regional signal restricts it — Google is asked for non-personalized ads, and it may further limit delivery to a restricted or technical mode using less data. In United States regions where the law provides one, an opt-out from the sale or sharing of personal information and from targeted advertising is offered; choosing it turns off advertising personalization and advertising use of your data, and is passed to Google as a restricted-processing signal. That advertising opt-out does not by itself switch off app analytics or crash reporting, which follow their own choice described below.

The developer never supplies what you enter or save, the content you view, your app activity, keywords, content addresses, or any sensitive circumstance to the ad service as a targeting input, and never builds advertising audiences from analytics.

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own policies. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

In-app purchases

If the app offers an in-app purchase (for example, to remove ads), purchases are handled entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The developer receives confirmation that a purchase was made but does not receive or store your payment card details.

Some apps use a third-party purchase-management service (RevenueCat) to manage entitlements after a purchase. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app-installation identifier generated for the installation and purchase/product information from the store, but never your payment card details. The identifier links the store record to the entitlement so the purchase can be recognized and restored. RevenueCat retains and deletes this record under its own retention practices; request deletion through the app's Support channel so the developer can route the request to RevenueCat where applicable. Removing ads is a product choice and does not change any analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising-consent choice you have made.

Links to other websites

Some apps include links to third-party websites or content. Once you leave the app through such a link, that site's own privacy policy governs your visit, not this one.

Consent and your choices

Declining personalized advertising, app analytics, crash reporting, or tracking never limits the core features of an app.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data retention and security

Data collected by Google for analytics and advertising is retained and secured according to Google's policies linked above. For apps that sync preferences to a developer-operated database as described above, that data is retained only while the associated installation remains active and is deleted through the in-app control (where offered) or on request. Data stored only on your device remains under your control and is removed when you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any content, results, or outputs produced by the app are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Nothing in the app constitutes professional advice of any kind — including financial, medical, legal, or tax advice — and no professional relationship (such as advisor-client, doctor-patient, or attorney-client) is created by using the app. You should independently verify any information before relying on it and consult an appropriately qualified professional where relevant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data processed on your behalf, or to object to its processing. For data collected by third-party services (analytics, advertising), these requests are generally handled through Google's own consumer privacy controls (see the links above) or your device's privacy settings. For any data an app stores directly with the developer, as described above, use that app's in-app deletion control where available, or contact the developer using the details below.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change — for example, if a service is added or removed — this page will be updated and the effective date above revised. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listings as required.

Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to the developer at the contact address listed on the app's store listing page.
